I can’t log in
- Check the exact error text:
- “Verification pending” → Click the prompt to resend verification and confirm via email.
- “Activation Pending” → Wait for an admin to activate your account.
- “Email or password incorrect” → Re-enter credentials or reset your password.
I don’t see Administration or Drivers
- Your role is not Admin/Security. Ask an admin to adjust your role.
PO search shows errors or nothing
- Ensure the PO starts with 451… (enter without leading plant digits).
- The PO must be in the scheduling window for its plant; otherwise, an alert appears and the PO is removed from the load.
No available dates or times
- You must have at least one valid PO added.
- If dates are disabled, the plant calendar may be full or closed; contact the receiving warehouse.
Didn’t receive confirmation/cancel email
- Check spam.
- Verify the email address in your account.
- Admins: confirm
Email,SmtpAddress,Port, andEnableSSLinWeb.config.
Driver didn’t get SMS
- Confirm the phone number was entered without formatting characters.
- For welcome texts, ensure the driver was added on the Drivers page and the OTK is unique.
- For feedback texts, check that Trigger Service is enabled (
enableTriggerService=true) and interval is reasonable.
Link expired page
- One-time keys expire after use or if they are invalid. Resend from the appropriate flow (e.g., new verification email, reissue driver SMS).
