Appointments

The Appointments menu has three core sections:

  • Request Appointment (default) – Schedule an appointment by entering a PO#.

  • View Requested – See scheduled or pending appointments.

  • Appointment History – View history of appointments scheduled.

Request Appointment

Request a new appointment

1) Go to Appointments ▸ Request Appointment.
2) Enter one or more PO numbers in Search by PO number, then click Search. Invalid or out-of-window POs will surface alerts.
3) Review Order on this Load; remove POs if needed (trash icon). Totals update automatically.
4) Click the date field. Available dates and blackout rules come from the warehouse calendar.
5) Pick a time slot; slots are filtered by your PO set and plant.
6) Click Reserve Appointment. A confirmation number is generated and the confirmation page is shown.
7) On the confirmation page, click Request to finalize and send email.

What gets sent:

  • Confirmation email to the user + plant admin, with QR code and load details.

  • Appointment stored in the database with your user ID and carrier number.

Modify an appointment

1) From View Requested, click View Details for a confirmation number.
2) Choose Modify Appointment.
3) Re-select date/time and update POs if needed.
4) Submit; you’ll receive a “Appointment was changed” email.

Cancel an appointment

1) From View Requested, open a confirmation.
2) Click Cancel.
3) A cancellation email is sent and the slot is freed.

Request a review

Use Submit Review Request on the Request page when you need manual review. Enter a short subject/comment; the app emails inbound admin with the PO list.

Appointment history (admin)

Admins can filter history by PO from Appointments ▸ Appointment History to see prior confirmation numbers, carriers, request types, and who updated them.
