Driver Intake & Texting
Admins and security can capture walk-up drivers and trigger SMS automation.

Add a driver (walk-up)
1) Go to Drivers (visible to Admin/Security).
2) Enter driver name, cell number, and Inbound Confirmation #.
3) Submit.
Behind the scenes:

The system validates the inbound confirmation number via server submission.

A one-time key (OTK) is generated and stored with the carrier visit.

A Welcome SMS is sent via Verizon with link to submit Complaint, Stop/Opt-Out and Terms.

The carrier visit record is marked with the welcome status so the same number is not spammed.
Feedback link texts
After appointments, the Trigger Service (background timer) checks for visits eligible for feedback and sends a feedback link text with a short one-time key (OTK). It also flags the visit so they aren’t retriggered.
Stop requests
If a driver taps STOP in the SMS link, the stop action updates the visit status and prevents further texts.
