User Administration

Admins can manage accounts from Administration.

Administration

Activate or deactivate users

  • Toggle the switch in the Status column. “Pending Verification” shows a resend link instead of the toggle.

Resend verification

  • For users in “Pending Verification”, click RESEND LINK to send the original activation email again.

Edit carrier numbers

  • Update the Carrier # textbox inline; changes save immediately.

Delete a user

  • Click the trash icon and confirm user deletion, record is removed from the database.

Tips

  • Filters are available in the table footer to quickly locate users.
  • Status changes send activation email indicating to user that the account is active.
